Reading this site does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat, and we do not sell to pet owners.
Orders are requests
Submitting an order through the portal creates a request, not a contract. We confirm licence status, stock, lot and cold-chain timing before anything ships or is invoiced, and we may decline an order.
Accuracy and corrections
We cite our sources so that errors are findable. If you identify one, tell us; we correct the page and note what changed.
The cell- and exosome-based products described on this site are not approved by the FDA for use in animals. In the United States they are unapproved new animal drugs. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for examination by a licensed veterinarian. Product information is directed to veterinary professionals. Pricing and ordering are available only to clinics with a verified licence.
