Where it started
It started in people’s houses.
MediHomeCare Inc. began by providing home health care — caregivers going into homes to look after people who could not easily get to a clinic. That work teaches you something a clinic never quite does: how much of health happens in the weeks between appointments, and how many people are managing serious things largely on their own.
What we kept seeing
The same conversation, in house after house.
Women in their forties and fifties, running households and careers and often someone else’s care, describing symptoms they had already raised — and being told their labs looked normal. Not because the labs were wrong. Because the panel was never built to answer their question in the first place.
Why a platform, not a clinic
A clinic reaches a neighbourhood. This reaches the country.
So MediHomeCare Inc. moved into women’s health and regenerative health, and launched AZZA Medical: a panel designed for women 35 and over, read by licensed physicians, delivered where she already is. Care is available in 44 states and Washington, D.C. — and in English, Spanish and Hindi, because health information that exists in one language is health information most of a neighbourhood cannot use.

AZZA Medical is owned and operated by MediHomeCare Inc., a women-owned and minority-owned company. Not a brand licensed to an investor group — the people who built the home care business are the people running this. That is also why the whole site is published in three languages rather than one.
