Accessibility Statement

Our WCAG 2.1 AA commitment, what we have done, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Effective 14 September 2026

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA across this site and the AZZA app. Health information that only some people can read is not health information.

What we have built in

Text contrast meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for body copy; visible keyboard focus on every interactive element; a skip link to the main content; semantic headings in order; labelled form fields with errors announced next to the field; alternative text on meaningful images; motion reduced automatically when your system asks for it; and full functionality without a mouse.

Known limits

Some third-party components in the member portal are still being audited. Where we know of a barrier we will say so here rather than claim conformance we have not verified.

Tell us

Email accessibility@azzamedical.com with the page and what went wrong. We treat access barriers as defects, not requests, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
