Subscription and Cancellation Policy

How billing cycles, reminders, changes and cancellation work.

Effective 14 September 2026

Two separate subscriptions

Your membership is one subscription. Each prescribed protocol, if a physician writes one, is another. Cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other, and the app shows both separately.

First charge and monthly billing

Your first charge at signup covers your blood panel and physician review. Monthly membership billing begins when your protocol does. Memberships then renew monthly on the same calendar day.

Cycle reminders

Before the renewal that starts each new 90-day cycle we email a reminder at least 14 days ahead, so there is time for your blood test, goal review and physician review. In other months you receive a receipt when we charge.

Changing plans

Move up or down at any time. Your data and history follow you across every tier. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal so you keep the testing allowance you already paid for.

Cancelling

Cancel in the app or by email at any time. Cancellation is effective through the moment of the next charge — you keep access for the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not require a phone call to cancel.
