Membership

One membership. Testing, reviews, the app.

Your membership covers your lab panels, the app, marketplace access, and coordination of physician reviews with the independent physician network. Every protocol is available on every plan, as its own subscription. A higher tier buys more testing and more depth of service.

Every protocol requires a baseline panel so your physician can prescribe from your labs. AZZA Medical is for adults 21 and over.

Your membership is how you access treatments. Each protocol is its own monthly subscription. A licensed physician reviews your labs and builds your protocol.

Memberships renew monthly. Before the renewal that starts each new 90-day cycle, we send a reminder at least 14 days ahead, so there is time for your blood test, goal review and physician review. Other months, you get a receipt when we charge. You can cancel anytime; cancellation is effective through the moment of the next charge.

Your blood panels and physician reviews may be HSA/FSA eligible. The membership fee, app access and medications are generally not. Medication eligibility depends on your individual diagnosis. Check with your plan administrator.
