Groups and employers
The benefit she keeps, even if she leaves.
Most workplace health programmes ask a woman to hand over her health information and hope it is used kindly. This one does not ask. She enrols herself, she owns the account, and nothing she measures ever comes back to you.
Why this, for this workforce
The women carrying the most are the least measured.
Perimenopause lands in the middle of the years a woman is most senior and most relied on, and it is routinely missed: symptoms are raised, labs are read against a reference range built on other people, and she is told everything looks normal. A panel designed around her, read at the right point in her cycle by a physician who knows what to look for, is a better answer than a step-count challenge.

The part that matters most
We do not report to your employer.
Not her results. Not her biomarker values. Not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a visit. Not a trend line, not a dashboard, not a de-identified population summary. There is no version of this we will build later.
What a sponsoring organisation can see
Two numbers: how many memberships were opened under your link, and how many were activated. That is the entire reporting surface, and it is deliberate.
Voluntary, always
No one's job, pay, promotion, health-plan eligibility or standing is affected by whether she joins, what she declines, or what her results say. We will not build a programme that rewards anyone for disclosing health information, because that is the design that turns a benefit into a problem.
Two ways to start
Customised logistics. Never customised medicine.
What we tailor is how your people find and join AZZA: the link, the rate, the launch, the language it is offered in. What we never tailor is the clinical side. Every member gets the same panel and the same independent physician review, whoever is paying and whoever introduced her.
Any size. Nothing to sign.
Introduce AZZA
You tell your people AZZA exists — in a benefits email, at an open enrolment session, in a women's network channel. We give you the words and the links. Each woman enrols herself, pays herself, and holds her own account. Your organisation pays nothing and receives nothing.
- Launch copy in English, Spanish and Hindi
- A live question-and-answer session for your people
- No contract, no minimum, no cost to the organisation
From 25 people. Members pay.
Group enrolment
We open a named enrolment link for your organisation at a group rate, and we can set up payroll deduction so it comes out of pay rather than a card. The member still pays her own membership and still holds her own account — your part is administrative, and joining is entirely her choice.
- A group rate on every plan
- Optional payroll deduction
- A named enrolment link and a launch session
What a membership actually buys
Countable, and written down.
Each plan includes a stated number of lab panels and physician reviews a year. Those numbers are on the Membership page and they do not change because an organisation introduced her. Treatments, if a physician prescribes any, are billed separately.
What this is not
AZZA is not insurance and is not a substitute for it. A membership pays no claims, reimburses no care received elsewhere, and does not satisfy any obligation an employer has under the Affordable Care Act or any other law. It buys a defined, countable set of services — not a promise to cover whatever care a member may need.
- No aggregate, population or de-identified health reporting
- No screenings, incentives or participation requirements
- No claims about cost savings, absenteeism or retention
- No stem cell therapy, exosome products or unapproved biologics — to individuals or to organisations
If you want to fund memberships yourself
Some organisations want to pay for their people rather than introduce them. That is a real thing to want, and it is not something we will sell you off a page. Employer-funded health arrangements carry obligations that sit with your plan, and they have to be structured by your own benefits counsel inside it. Write to us and we will give your counsel exactly what they need to evaluate it. We would rather say this than pretend otherwise.
Starting a conversation
Tell us the size and the shape.
Write to us with your organisation, roughly how many people it covers, and which of the two routes above fits. We will come back with the rate, the enrolment link and the launch materials. Please do not send us any individual's health information — we do not want it and we will not keep it.
AZZA Medical is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine. Medical services are provided exclusively by independently licensed physicians of our partner physician network and their affiliated professional entities.
Available in 44 states and Washington, D.C.. Availability depends on the state you are located in and may change. AZZA Medical is for adults 21 and over.
Give her the measurement. Keep out of the results.
That is the whole offer, and the second half is the part we will not trade away.
AZZA Medical is for adults 21 and over.
