What telehealth is here
Your care is delivered remotely. A licensed physician reviews your laboratory results, the goals and symptoms you report, and your history, and may prescribe without an in-person physical examination. Communication happens through the app, secure messaging, and where clinically indicated a live consultation.
Benefits
Access to physicians without travel; testing collected at home; continuity through a structured retest cycle; and a written record of every decision.
Limits and risks
Remote care cannot include a hands-on physical examination, which in some situations limits what a physician can assess. Technology can fail or be delayed. Information you report may be incomplete. A physician may decline to prescribe and may refer you for in-person evaluation. Rarely, a condition may be missed that an in-person examination would have found.
Your consent and your alternatives
You may withdraw consent to telehealth at any time and seek in-person care instead; that does not affect your right to your records. This platform is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
