State Availability

Where care can be delivered, and why that list can change.

Effective 14 September 2026

Current footprint

Care is delivered by independently licensed physicians of the partner physician network, currently licensed in 44 states and Washington, D.C.. Your eligibility depends on the state you are physically located in at the time of care, not where you are from or where you receive mail.

Why the list changes

Medical practice is licensed state by state, and pharmacy shipping rules differ as well. Physicians join and leave the network, licences are added, and state rules change. We check your state at signup and again if you move, and we tell you before a charge if care can no longer be delivered where you are.

If you move

Update your state in the app. If the network is licensed there, your care continues without interruption. If it is not, we pause billing rather than charge you for something we cannot deliver.

Travel

Short trips do not change your care, but a physician cannot practise into a state where they are not licensed. If you need care while travelling outside the footprint, seek local care.
