Before your kit ships
Cancel before your collection kit ships and your first charge is refunded in full.
After testing has begun
Once a kit has shipped, the laboratory work and physician review are commissioned and that portion of the charge is not refundable. If your sample is insufficient or damaged in transit, we send a replacement kit at no cost.
Medication
Dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned or refunded — this is a pharmacy law and safety requirement, not a commercial preference. If a shipment arrives damaged, compromised in the cold chain, or incorrect, contact us and the pharmacy will replace it.
If a physician declines to prescribe
You are not charged for a protocol that is never prescribed. Your membership charge covers the panel and the review you received, both of which were delivered, so it stands — but nothing further is billed.
How to request one
Email hello@azzamedical.com with your account email. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
AZZA Medical is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine. Medical services are provided exclusively by independently licensed physicians of our partner physician network and their affiliated professional entities.
Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by FDA for safety or effectiveness.
