A baseline panel is required here and is not optional. We ask your cycle day before the kit ships. A physician may decline, and sometimes does. No molecule is sold as a product on this site. Monitoring is inside the membership rather than an upsell. You can cancel in the app or by email without speaking to anyone. If we ever stop doing one of those, this article is the standard to judge us against.
