Animal cell and exosome products are unapproved new animal drugs here. No such product is FDA-approved, and the only non-approval route to market is a narrow risk-reviewed list that today contains four products, all blood- or platelet-derived. Federal compounding policy also excludes distributors explicitly, and does not let office stock move between physical locations.
So in the US we operate as a research and supply partner to investigators and to clinics working inside a lawful framework — not as a mail-order pharmacy.
